How to Measure Your Head
A custom hat is only as good as its fit. Getting your size right takes one tape measure and about thirty seconds.
Step by Step
- Wrap a soft tape measure around your head where the hat will sit — about one finger-width above your ears and eyebrows.
- Keep the tape level all the way around, snug but not tight.
- Note the measurement. If you land between sizes, round up.
No Soft Tape?
Wrap a length of string around your head, mark where it meets, then measure the string against a ruler.
