Measure
We capture the precise oval of your head — every head is a fingerprint, and a felt hat reveals every millimeter you get wrong.
Block
Raw felt is steamed and pulled over a wooden crown block, then left to dry into its lasting shape.
Crease
By hand, we set the crown crease and roll the brim — the single choice that gives a hat its character.
Finish
Sweatband, liner, and band are stitched in. Each hat is inspected, named, and shipped in its own hatbox.
